Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc. does not price match competitors. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our website and updated in real-time. Prices are non-negotiable.

Order Processing Time

The estimate for your order to be processed is within approximately 3-5 business days. This estimate is provided that the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc. does not guarantee or offer same-day shipping or processing. Orders are not processed on weekends, holidays, or after business hours.

Shipping Methods Offered

Ground: 7 to 10 business days transit time.

LTL Curbside Freight: 10 to 15 business days transit time.

Please note: All dates are estimated and may or may not reflect the actual processing time, shipping date and/or delivery date. Unfortunately due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping is not available or offered.

Moldings Sold As Is

Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l, Inc./GoldenArowanaFlooring.com sells all moldings as is without warranty. Each molding is sold as a whole piece and cannot be cut to customer request.

Return Policy

All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days after the delivery date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued once issued. All material must be returned in undamaged, resalable, and 100% complete condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l, Inc. may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). The customer is responsible for paying and arranging all return shipping. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all risk of loss for the entire value of the shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns received in damaged or non-resalable condition. Previously installed flooring and moldings may not returned.

Product Return Procedure

1. To return a product in compliance with Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l, Inc.’s refund policy, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number within the 30 days from invoice.
2. Please call 866-582-0848 or email orders@goldenarowanaflooring.com to acquire a RMA number.
3. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which the intended returned products must be received by Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l, Inc.
4. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Wellmade Floor Coverings, Int’l, Inc.
5. Customer should use proper packaging material able to withstand the shipment back.
6. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the outside of the packages or box and/or on the shipping return label.
7. To ensure that the correct packages are received, please send the associated tracking number to the package(s) once shipped to: orders@goldenarowanaflooring.com.

Backorders

Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc. does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or because the last few items on our shelves were discovered damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges or we can hold an order that has item(s) short if more product is due to be received in. An email will be sent to you to alert you to the situation.

Discrepancies

For any areas of concern, please take photos prior to unloading/unwrapping and contact our claims department immediately regarding your concerns. Photos are required for any and all claims regarding shipping/delivery/discrepancy issues. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please note that shading differences are an inherent feature of all products, therefore we cannot guarantee an exact shading match to flooring or other moldings. No returns can be processed without prior authorization. Re-stocking and return shipping charges may apply.

Order Status

Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc. will keep you informed of your order status via email or through your account on www.goldenarowanaflooring.com. All tracking information will be emailed to your email address once your order has shipped.

Order Change

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, any change would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policies and Procedures. Please call 1- 866-582-0848 during Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc.’ hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your purchase order (PO) ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Cancel Orders

You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. An order cannot be changed or cancelled after it has shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, any cancellation would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and Procedures. If we are able to cancel mid transit, all orders will be subject to any reroute fees incurred. Simply call 1-866-582-0848 during Wellmade Floor Coverings Int’l Inc.’ hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 3-5 business days if the order is cancelled before shipping (fees may apply if order has been shipped). We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Refunds

If a refund has been issued, you will receive a credit to your original credit/debit card used in approximately 3-5 business days.
